Training – Lessons
Outback Farm offers private stockdog
lessons, instinct testing and introduction to stock, as well as clinics &
seminars. We have cattle, sheep &
ducks available for herding. Learn how
to train a “thinking dog” & “a partner”. We provide individual attention to
each student & dog, in a friendly & relaxing atmosphere. Classes or
lessons may be scheduled weekdays or weekends.

The new field
About the instructor:
Diane has been
professionally training dogs in many different venues for over 25 years.
She has competed with her dogs in advanced levels, in Herding, agility & obedience.
She has also trained dogs
for Search & Rescue work.
Diane & Magnum were on
the State Police Urban Search & Rescue team in NJ.
In herding, she has worked
cattle, sheep, goats & ducks with her dogs.
Her dogs have earned
multiple High in Trials, High Combined (working different stock),
& Most Promising Started
Dog awards.
She has competed &
placed in the top 10 at the ASCA National Stock Dog Finals.
Diane is also an AHBA judge.
Her main philosophy in dog
training is:
